Capellan’s fruit is produced in the region of Bajo Aragón-Caspe and its surroundings. This privileged environment, located in the Ebro Valley, has a unique microclimate. Our process combines traditional irrigation and drip irrigation and the usage of water from the three rivers sorrounding our territory: the Ebro, the Matarraña and the Guadalope.

All these factors put together assure balanced growth and an exceptional maturing process to the fruit when collected.

Fruit is collected daily, it is transported refrigerated to our processing plant, guaranteeing its optimal condition for consumption.

In our latest technology processing and sorting line we pack and select the fruit under the highest quality standards to ensure that end customer fully enjoys the taste, texture and flavour of our fruit.
